Where required, the store may request a valid prescription and verify it through the appropriate pharmacist or authorised process before fulfilment.

Customer responsibility

Customers must provide truthful and current information and must not use another person’s prescription improperly. Do not self-medicate based solely on online product information.

Business responsibility

The final list of restricted products, licence requirements, pharmacist verification workflow and service areas must be configured to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the business.
